About myself
Yoga has been a big part of my life for over 14 years now.
Originally, I came to yoga for my own well-being; it was never about the workout for me. As time has gone on, I have discovered how much it could support my movement and mobility, as well as working well for my nervous system.
Over the past year, I have really learned the importance of listening to my body and meeting myself where I am that day.
In 2024, I decided it was time to deepen my practice. I travelled over to India, having the opportunity to learn from some amazing teachers and complete my teacher training. What an amazing experience that was.
I'm also a climber and just generally a very outdoorsy person. I love nothing more than heading off into the wild with my little tent. No better way to become fully present and just escape the chaos of daily life.
That's where the idea for Yoga on the Rocks came from.
My love of nature and yoga - why not bring the two together?
Creating space where you can simply move, breathe and be yourself

Why I teach Yoga
I'm passionate about yoga and want to share my practice with you.
I want you to learn and discover what your mind, body, and soul are asking for.
Help you tune into the present by rediscovering your breath.
To give you the tools to find inner peace within the chaos of daily life.
But no journey is straight forward, but its what challenges us that makes us stronger time after time.
